Shipping Info. & Polices Please note : All plants are shipped from our main shipping location Fallbrook, CA. 92028 and any shipping charges are close to actual current cost to your location by weight.
Plants are sent almost bare root Plants are shipped almost bare root minus most soil, not just to reduce shipping weight but also to minimize any plants from being damaged if a large heavy soil ball were to shift in transit. Also any pots/containers are not included. If you need plastic pots we can ship them to you for an additional fee separately by parcel post or first class mail.
Plants maybe be sent in sections Some large specimens maybe divided to insure safe shipping in transit, so a large multi-clump plant(s) maybe divided into 2 or 3 sections etc. if necessary, but we will always try to ship plants whole or in there entirety if possible.
Shipping is by USPS Plants are primarily shipped by USPS.com Priority mail service, when plants ship you will receive tracking info. by email notifications. Most deliveries by mail across the U.S. & P.R. can take 3 to 5 business days from us to you.
Shipping in Winter Months
Customers from outside the U.S. EchinopsisTricho.com is primary specimen sized very large plants so we are unable to ship large plants outside the U.S. & P.R. but we may have smaller sizes that we can ship to you, contact us by using the contact form with a list of varieties you are interested in, including your country-location. Some countries we are unable to ship to. Any orders outside the U.S. have a $200 USD minimum.
Returns or Replacements Please be absolutely sure before checking out that you want the plant(s), we do accept returns for just about any reason but you must notify us no more than 3 days after receiving the plant(s) or sooner. The plant or plant(s) must be returned in there entirety; no pieces, cuttings removed etc. return shipping is paid by you, also a 25% restocking fee, so please be certain you want the plant(s) before purchasing .
Damaged plants You have 7 days after receiving to notify us, we will also re-reimburse you for any return shipping costs once received, all parts of the plant regardless of condition- (All mushy etc.) must be returned to us. We will replace if another available as most specimen plants are unique or send another variety, your choice. If out of stock we will refund any money paid. We will not replace or refund if any parts of the plant(s) are missing, these are large multi-plants and besides pictures shown we store several more, 360 degrees so we would know if sent back incomplete.
